IBM Rational DOORS Data migration

Hi

I want to Integrate Rational DOORS9.3 to my Asp.net Portal for Showing the requitments in the portal which management can review and gove their comments. Asp.net portal is our internal which can be used for dashboards and other reports for the management.
I have tried integrating using .net plugins(API) fo DOORS but it is asking the credientials (Alogin page for doors pops up)even if i pass the credientals as paramters to that api.
Can some help in resolving this issue.
